Executive Director Transition at the North Peace Community Foundation

The North Peace Community Foundation (NPCF) is entering an exciting new chapter in its journey of growth and community impact.

After several years of dedication as the Foundation’s first Executive Director, Susan Adams has made the difficult decision to step down from her role to relocate with her family back to the Edmonton area. Susan’s vision, energy, and commitment have been instrumental in guiding the Foundation from its early beginnings to becoming a trusted philanthropic partner in strengthening the charitable sector throughout our region.

Under her leadership, the Foundation has:

  • Grown endowed funds to ensure sustainable granting for generations to come.

  • Supported local non-profits and charities through strategic planning and community partnerships.

  • Built a strong foundation of governance, transparency, and operational excellence.

Susan leaves behind a legacy of collaboration and community-building, and the Board of Directors extends our deepest gratitude for her outstanding contributions.
